Responsibilities

• Develop diverse entertainment programs and theme nights.
• Coordinate performers and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Lead and manage the entertainment team.
• Plan schedules and assign roles.
• Engage with guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote and drive participation in entertainment offerings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Evaluate guest feedback to improve experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in entertainment management preferred.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about guest engagement.
• Ability to motivate a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
