Salary
€650 - €850 per month
Responsibilities
- Lead fitness classes, including yoga, pilates, stretching, aquagym, step aerobics, and Zumba.
- Encourage guest participation in all fitness activities, ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Provide personalized fitness advice and guidance to guests based on their individual needs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all fitness activities.
- Work closely with the entertainment team to deliver a variety of entertainment programs, integrating fitness activities with other events.
- Assist in organizing special fitness-related events or themed fitness nights.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in fitness entertainment or as a fitness instructor is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for leading and motivating others in fitness activities.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of fitness levels and ensure all guests feel welcome and supported.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
