Responsibilities

• Develop a diverse and engaging entertainment program, including events, shows, and theme nights.
• Coordinate with performers, artists, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of all entertainment events.
• Lead and manage the entertainment team, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations of the entertainment department, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
• Interact with guests, ensuring they are enjoying the entertainment and engaging in activities.
• Promote entertainment offerings through various channels and develop strategies to increase participation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations for entertainment activities.
• Evaluate the success of events based on guest feedback and make improvements for future activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in entertainment management is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about guest entertainment.
• Ability to engage and motivate staff to ensure exceptional performance.
• Flexible working hours and availability to work on weekends and holidays.
