Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.
• Oversee a team of kids’ club animators, ensuring high standards of safety and fun.
• Organize and manage themed events such as treasure hunts, talent shows, and game nights.
• Act as the main point of contact for parents and address any concerns or feedback professionally.
• Coordinate daily schedules and ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
• Mentor and support animators to enhance their skills and performance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and creative environment for children and staff.
• Maintain records of attendance, activity feedback, and any incidents that may occur.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with children, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
• Creative thinking and the ability to plan innovative activities.
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing memorable experiences for kids.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing circumstances.
